Episode starts with Anika calling in Oberoi Mansion, Shivaay picks up the call and senses Anika, Anika says Shivaay, both get shocked and emotional. Some time back… Shivaay comes in Omkara’s room, Rudra is in the room too.
Rudra cries over Tej’s decision to let go off Omkara. Rudra and Shivaay feel they are nothing without Omkara. Shivaay says no one can separate Omkara from Shivaay and Rudra. Shivaay tells Omkara that they will fight for Omkara at any cost. Shivaay consoles Rudra.
Shivaay and Rudra hold hands with Omkara and say, One for all – all for one. Rudra and Shivaay cry remembering Omkara’s memories. Anika sees Gauri’s missed call and gets worried about Omkara, Anika tries to call Gauri, Gauri doesn’t pick up.
Anika calls on the Oberoi Mansion land line, Shivaay picks up the call, Anika gets shocked, Shivaay senses Anika. Anika says Shivaay, he gets shocked. Shivaay remembers throwing Anika out of Oberoi Mansion and cuts the call. Anika cries. Priyanka cleans the house, Ranveer pulls Priyanka in his arms, Priyanka cries. Ranveer gets worried. Flashback is shown of Kamini’s torture, Priyanka sees Kamini and changes the topic. Kamini greets Ranveer happily. Kamini makes a drama of hand injury pain, Ranveer gets worried.
Shivaay tells Rudra that a doctor is coming to see Omkara from Tokyo. Pinky hurriedly takes Shivaay with her. Kamini asks Priyanka to get kachoris and makes the drama of injury and pain. Kamini says she had the fever and fell down when she went to get water. Ranveer gets angry with Priyanka for neglecting Kamini. Kamini instigates Ranveer by trying to falsify Priyanka. Kamini hugs Priyanka and warns her through her hug. Priyanka looks at Ranveer with scared eyes. Some people in a car throw a gunny bag in front of Oberoi Mansion, Khanna runs to see. Kamini plans to burn Priyanka with a hot iron, Priyanka senses Kamini behind her, Kamini escapes before Priyanka can see her.
Rudra comes to open the gunny bag, he gets shocked to see injured and unconscious Bhavya in it. Rudra tries to bring Bhavya to senses and throws water on her, Bhavya comes back to senses. Rudra carries Bhavya inside Oberoi Mansion, both share a long stare. Ranveer pulls Priyanka close to him. Ranveer gets close to Priyanka, Ranveer and Priyanka share a hug. Ranveer gets intimate with Priyanka and both share close moments. Kamini burns herself with iron and screams. Bhavya wakes up and gets shocked to see Rudra close to her. Rudra applies medicine to Bhavya’s wounds and feels apologetic for not looking after Bhavya. Rudra questions Bhavya about her whereabouts and injuries. Bhavya says it’s a long story. Bhavya tries to tell but becomes unconscious.
Pinky tells Shivaay that she is worried as Ragini is not picking up her call. Shivaay speaks to Ragini’s servant who informs Ragini and her fiance had a fight and Ragini’s fiance beat her up. Pinky gets worried for Ragini.
