Episode starts with Tej saying that they have to let go of Omkara’s life, Shivaay argues with Tej. Tej tells Shivaay to manage his life before advising others, Tej taunts Shivaay over his broken marriage.
Shivaay takes playboy avatar and rides the bike fast. Pinky calls Anika and pleads to Anika to stop Shivaay. Some time back… Ishqbaaz takes time leap of three months. Tej and Shivaay are in a heated argument over Omkara. Tej says the wait and time are over as Omkara is no more with them, Shivaay argues. Tej says there is no hope. Tej says there is no hope of Omkara retrieving from the Coma, Gauri cries and remembers Omkara’s accident. Tej says they must let go of Omkara.
Oberoi family gets shocked, Gauri breaks down, Shivaay holds Gauri as Gauri cries. Tej says they are only increasing Omkara’s sufferings and he cannot come back to life. Shivaay refuses to believe Tej’s arguments. Tej and Shivaay get in a huge argument, Tej says he has taken the decision for Omkara as Tej cannot see Omkara dying like a vegetable. Shivaay tries to stop Tej. Tej tells Shivaay to manage life before advising others, Tej taunts Shivaay over his broken marriage.
Tej says since Anika has gone, Shivaay has forgotten to live his life. Shivaay leaves in anger and takes the Playboy avatar and rides his bike at a fast speed. Pinky cries and calls Anika and tells to stop Shivaay. Pinky pleads to Anika. Anika says she has understood. Shivaay rides the bike at a fast pace and reaches on a hill. Ragini comes there and keeps her hand on Shivaay’s shoulder.
Shivaay looks at Ragini, she smiles. Anika cries thinking about Shivaay and about not getting any job. Chanda consoles Anika and reminds her to think about Sahil’s school fees, Anika gets worried. Samar is seen sitting near Anika having a sip of his drink. Samar is seen looking at a photo, he gets up and goes in the Chawl. Finally, Samar sees Anika crying. Anika gets up and leaves. Samar keeps looking at Anika. Pinky thanks Ragini for getting Shivaay back home. Ragini says her accident caused Shivaay and Ragini’s friendship. Ragini invites Shivaay for her engagement with Siddharth and thanks Shivaay for her patch up with Siddharth. Ragini says people with cat eyes (kanji aankhe) are lucky for others, Shivaay remembers Anika. Shivaay tells Ragini not to use kanji word. Shivaay says he doesn’t attend parties, Pinky promises Ragini that she will send Shivaay in her engagement party. Flashback is shown of Ragini’s accident, Ragini smiles. Anika sees Shivaay’s video and cries, Samar keeps looking at Anika. Samar takes two glasses of tea and offers one to Anika. Anika refuses to take tea, Samar insists, Anika takes the tea. Samar says a Shayari, Anika points out at Samar’s drinking and leaves. A big car comes to pick up Samar and says his mother has called him. Samar leaves.
Anika gets worried about Omkara as Gauri doesn’t pick up her call. Anika calls Shivaay, Shivaay picks up the call, Anika says Shivaay, Shivaay gets shocked, Anika cries.
