Karthik (Mohsin Khan) tells Naksh’s family that thankfully his injuries are not deep. Naira (Shivangi Joshi) tells them that he had left his car unlocked and was walking on the middle of the road. Everyone gets surprised. Bua Ma asks Kaveri to ward off the evil eye. Karthik gives her a look. They get shocked to see Suhasini, Keerti and Surekha there. Deviyani thanks her for bringing everything. Naira gives a hint to Suhasini that she hasn’t spoken to her family about Naksh and Keerti’s relatiionship yet. Suhasini says she wants to recite mantras for Naksh and asks everyone else, except Keerti, to leave the room. Kaveri asks Naira to stay.
Bua Dadi asks Kaveri why did they leave Naksh alone with them. They try to explain to her that her intentions are not bad. Naksh holds Keerti’s hand in his unconscious state. He takes Keerti’s name which makes Suhasini and Surekha happy. Surekha convinces Naira that Naksh loves Keerti. Suhasini assures Naira that they won’t tell this to anyone. Bua Dadi gets furious to see him holding Keerti’s hand. Naira quietly asks Dadi Bua to not create a scene. Naksh wakes up and gets shocked to see everyone there. He lifts his hand from Keerti’s hand. Manish calls Naitik and asks him to stay strong. Swarna messages Naira and asks her not to worry.
Suhasini says she wants to get a puja done for Naksh. Bua Dadi asks them to leave. Karthik asks Naira to speak to Bua Dadi. She takes her aside and asks her not to create a scene. Bua Dadi says she knows she is doing all this to trap Naksh because they want to get their divorcee daughter married to him. Naira asks her not to think like this and requests her not to tell anything to anyone. Naksh hears everyhting and feels guilty. Naira asks Karthik if she can stay here for the night. He allows her. Naksh gets stressed. Suhasini asks Naira to discuss the matter with her family as soon as she gets the time. Naira says she will see. Suhasini tells her that Naksh and Keerti’s pair is perfect and asks her not to delay the matter.
Singhanias start praising Suhasini as soon as she leaves. Bua Dadi comes and says she is just pretending to be nice. Niara asks her not to bring up this topic. Kaveri and Deviyani ask what is she trying to say. Naira stops her. Bua Dadi asks her not to come in between and says she cannot hide this from her family anylonger. Naira folds her hands and begs her not to say anyhting. Bua Dadi tells her family that Suhasini wants to get Keerti married to Naksh.
