Episode starts with Gauri standing in front of Bhagwan’s murti and is confessing to Omkara’s shadow that she is not pregnant. Some time back… Bhavya is seen exercising with Rudra’s dumbbells while Rudra is getting food for Bhavya and sees Bhavya working out with his dumbbells.
Rudra calls out Bhavyas name in shock and Bhavya pretends that she can’t lift them and asks him how does he do it, Rudra asks her if she’s okay? Rudra tells Bhavya that he’s got a sandwich for her but Bhavya pretends that she’s not hungry, Rudra thinks she didn’t like it and tells her that he was going to make an omelet with it but somehow all the egg got over. ( Bhavya eats them). After Rudra leaves to take a bath Bhavya hogs on all the food he got for her.
Meanwhile, Omkara tells Gauri to come with him to the doctor, Gauri is worried at the same time bua maa comes there and Om takes Gauri by the hand. Meanwhile, Bhavya is talking on the phone with the inspector to inform him that the locket is still not found. The guy who shoots victim is talking on the phone and says that the boy is not seen but the girl (Bhavya) is present, should he shoot her. By the time he shoots her Om’s car comes in the middle.
The goon gets an order that he doesn’t have to kill the girl and just scare her, he aims at Bhavya but Bhavya moves and the bullet hits Gauri’s ankle instead. Omkara takes Gauri in his arms and takes her inside the house. Bua maa starts aiding Gauri but blackmails her that nothing should happen to the Baby. Omkara is seen getting worried about Gauri’s wounds. Jhanvi tells everyone that the doctor is coming. Gauri is worried that her secret will come out.
Bhavya and Rudra are talking to the inspector and Bhavya suspects that it’s all done by Sultan’s men. Rudra thinks otherwise but Bhavya explains to him that it wasn’t Gauri who was the target but it was Bhavya. Rudra is very angry knowing that Sultan is attacking his family and hence he will not leave him. He says that he will tell this to Shivaay but the inspector tells him that it will be very difficult to catch Sultan if Shivaay takes any action. Inspector assures Rudra that his family’s safety is in his hands now. The doctor comes home and bua maa is just concerned about the kid but Om stops the doctor and tells the doctor to treat the wound first. Later the doctor is constantly checking for the baby’s heartbeat but doesn’t find it. She recommends a full checkup for Guri but Bua maa does not allow Gauri to go anywhere and orders for the ultra-scanning machine at home. Gauri asks for help from Shankar ji and sees Omkara behind the doors and decides to tell him the truth. She tells him that it’s her majburi and asks him to trust her.
The doctor does Gauri’s check up but bua maa can’t see the baby. The doctor tells them not to worry and the baby is all right. Later, Gauri is trying to take a towel from the cupboard but cannot reach it. Omkara comes from behind and hands her a towel.
